King Edwin Clover
King Edwin Clover is the king of the Ever Nymphas. He has long, faded yellow hair and a very long beard to match. His ears are pointed like those of all Ever Nymphas, but he has only three damselfly wings due to an attack in the past.
King Edwin is regal in appearance, wearing metallic clothing and a sparkling golden crown. Though elderly, he remains fit enough to ride unicorns and attend celebrations.
Wise and weary, King Edwin is clever and deeply committed to protecting his kingdom and its Nymphas as best he can. His race is not as strong as some of the others, and as a result he believes his people live under constant threat from the Onyx Nymphas, a far stronger race.
When Kay and Rob are discovered in Nymphas’ World, King Edwin becomes concerned about the attention their presence may attract. After Rob is kidnapped, he does everything in his power to negotiate with the Onyxp Nymphas, though this proves extremely difficult.
