Merlin Cumber
Merlin Cumber is Alva’s older brother and Melvin’s younger brother. He is an Ever Nympha with short yellow hair, a neat beard, pointed ears, and damselfly wings. At eighteen years old, he, along with his older brother, serves as a Royal Ever Guard to the King of the Ever Nymphas.
Merlin is ambitious, rash, and a bit hot-headed. He likes to uphold rules and tends to lecture Alva a lot when he breaks them. Merlin still looks for the approval of his mother and brother and can be somewhat proud. He still has a bit of growing up to do.
When Alva invites Kay and Rob to the Nymphas’ world, Merlin fears their presence will cause trouble. He’s angry with Alva and urges Kay and Rob to go home.
